Actually, since I have copies of previous editions of the CMoS at my disposal and a sister who likes to do arty things like this, I could totally make my own.
Good thing, too, since it's sold out. (Apparently news of this item has been spreading across teh Interwebs like wildfire; I spotted it in my Facebook feed because I am a fan of The Chicago Manual of Style.)
