It's just me and Cathy in the office this morning. Some other people might be in later, but I'm taking advantage of the low population level by spending a leisurely ninety minutes checking my e-mail and reading my RSS feeds. I came across these lovely gems, and thought I would share.

I can't access a photo of this awesome cake that uses yellow Peeps and mini-chocolate chip morsels to duplicate the appearance of a sunflower. It was in a copy of Taste of Home that I flipped through while I was at my grandma's house over the weekend. I took it home to show my mom, and she said she'd make it for me for my birthday. So, you know, at least I have that to look forward to.
